Tridip received a B.E. in Chemical Engineering from Jadavpur University, India in June, 2006 for his undergratuate research work on mathematical models to calculate microbial concentration based on substrate concentration in wastewater streams. He spent 2006-2010 working in Capgemini India as a software developer. He completed his Master's degree in Cemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India in 2012. During his Master's thesis Tridip worked on simulation of fluid flow and enhanced cooling in microchannel flow. He joined the MSCE Group in the Fall of 2013. Prior joining this group he worked in Oil an Natural Gas Corporation for one year (2012-2013) as a production engineer. In collaboration with the Nicholas Research Group, his current research interests focus on measuring and modeling stress effects in SOFC cathode materials.
